Since 1953, Missouri Girls Town has had a single mission:  "To provide a loving, stable home for abused and neglected girls."  It is a mission that defines who we are, what we do, and why we say confidently that Girls Town is a home "where caring counts." 

 Today, Girls Town remains focused on providing the highest level of care in residential and outpatient settings for abused and neglected girls, ages 8-21.  Our goal is to help each of the young women in our care overcome the trauma of abuse and neglect and gain a new start on life.
